The total cost of your order reflects the
price of the item(s), shipping charge for handling, postage
& packing and insurance. All item(s) are priced in Pounds
Sterling(£). We accept cheques drawn on UK banks denominated
in Pounds Sterling(£) only.
VAT
We do not charge Value Added Tax.
Postage
& Packing and Delivery Times
We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for our
delivery service. We can ship to almost any destination
in the world and we offer our customers a standard delivery
service only, in order to cut costs. After we have received
your payment and the funds have cleared you will receive
an Order Confirmation email with the expected delivery date
for your purchase. You will then receive a Shipping Information
email informing you of the date of shipping.

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The
majority of orders will be delivered within the times above,
however, occasionally there may be a delay if an item is
temporarily out of stock (we will inform you by email if
this is the case) or if you have paid by cheque, in which
case we do not begin processing your order until we receive
your payment and the funds have cleared. We aim for item(s)
to be delivered within the specified times, in conjunction
with our delivery service, however, some orders may be delayed
in the delivery process despite every effort to ensure the
delivery of your order within the specified time.
Delivery Note
You will receive a Delivery Note with your
order which does not include any pricing information. The
email notifications, however, do reference pricing so if
you are sending a gift, we suggest you do not use the recipient’s
email address.
Customs
When ordering item(s) from UNITY ART for
delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and
taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified
destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance
are your responsibility. Customs policies vary widely, so
you should contact your local customs office for further
information. We would like our international customers to
be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening
and inspection by customs authorities.
Excluded Countries
Unfortunately, due to licensing issues and
issues concerning insurance of your package, there are certain
countries that we are unable to accept orders to be delivered
to at this time. The countries are as follows:
Antartica, Bhutan, Cuba, East Timor, Falklands Islands,
Iraq, Iran, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Sudan,
Somalia, Sao Tome & Principle, South Georgia, Western
Sahara, Zaire and certain small island nations.
Packing
Item(s) are handled with care and attention.
Unframed prints are cellophane wrapped and packed in a board
backed envelope. They are delivered FLAT. Framed prints
are bubble-wrapped and packed in a cardboard outer carton.
Insurance
Your package is insured during transit.
How to Cancel an Order
At UNITY ART we want you to be happy every
time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you
may want to return items. If you change your mind about
your order, don’t worry. You may cancel from the day
of the order and up to 14 working days after the day on
which you receive the goods. This right of cancellation
does not apply to any goods which have been made to your
specification. Please see our 'Returns Policy' below for
further information.
Returns
Policy
We are happy to accept returns if, for any
reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Please
return the item(s) within 30 working days of cancellation
and we will issue you with a full refund less the
postage & packing you have been charged unless
the return is a result of our error, in which case the original
(for framed prints only) and return shipping charges will
be included in the refund. Please contact us first for returns
authorization by
email
or by post (we must have written confirmation
of your cancellation). You have 14 working days from the
day the item is received in which to cancel your order in
writing. Or you may wish a replacement, if so, please indicate
this when you contact us for returns authorization. You
will receive a Returns Authorization email.
Please securely wrap and pack the item(s) you wish to return.
Enclose the Returns Note which can be found on the Delivery
Note, with the reason for return. To the outside of the
package affix the pre-printed Returns Address Label which
can be found on the Delivery Note. On receipt of the returned
item(s) we will begin processing your refund or replacement.
You will receive a full refund in the same format in which
you paid for the goods. We will send you a Notification
of Refund/Replacement email when we have processed your
refund. This may take up to 30 days. Address for returns:

Exchanges
If
you would like to exchange an item for a different one you
may request a replacement. You are responsible for all shipping
charges unless the replacement is as a result of our error
in which case we will pay for the original and return shipping
costs.
Faulty
Goods
Please
notify
us as soon as possible if you discover your goods are faulty,
incorrect or defective. Your statutory rights as a consumer
shall apply to any entitlement to a refund, repair or exchange
in relation to faulty goods. In this instance if the return
is as a result of our error the original and return shipping
charges will be included in the refund. If you wish a replacement
you will then pay replacement shipping charges.
Media
Open and limited edition prints are computer-generated
and digitally printed. The paper used has been carefully
selected to enhance the warmth of the colours and provide
the best reproduction of the image. The paper is Somerset
Enhanced Satin, white and 225gsm and is of archival grade
standard. This paper is produced by St
Cuthberts Mill. They have enhanced their traditional
printmaking paper Somerset to create this beautiful and
revolutionary fine art inkjet paper. The paper is available
in three surfaces, Satin, Velvet and Textured and we use
Satin which has a slightly textured surface finish. Limited
edition prints are signed and numbered in pencil by the
UNITY ART artist, Diane McIntyre.
Framing
Open and limited edition prints are framed
in a glass clipframe and are ready-to-hang. Click

Watermark
A watermark (UNITY ART)
has been added to the enlarged images you see on this site.
This is to protect the copyright of UNITY ART. This watermark
is not featured on the final product.
